Wisdom

When I was younger, I couldn’t wait to be a grown-up.

I dreamt what I would do and see.

Entertain as an actor and singer.

Save people as a doctor.

Minister to their souls as a Priestess.

Some things I got to do over the years, but not the way I had expected.

I focused on surface things and thought I was a grown-up.

The real growth is in realizing that being a grown-up isn’t all that.

It’s seeing a child play for the simple joy of play. It’s laughter that makes your sides hurt.

It’s love of peace
